Iran ‘For Him’ to join Venezuela event

Iranian film ‘For Him’ has been accepted into the screening schedule of the Venezuelan international online film festival.

Iranian director Seyed Morteza Sabzeghaba’s short film was accepted into the competition section of the International Film Festival On-Line of the Five Continents in Venezuela.

‘For Him’ tells the story of an old father who has been waiting for years for his son to return from a journey of no return.

The short film shows the virtue of peace as well as tragic and disastrous situation of war, Sabzeghaba said to the domestic media.

The Iranian flick has already taken home many awards from national and international festivals.

The International Film Festival On-Line of the Five Continents is a monthly festival, featuring products of cinematography, feature films, short films, video clips and web series from around the world.

The festival will be held on January 26 in Venezuela. Films may be available for viewing at the festival’s website.
